Whenever possible, we want to be there prior to the police department leaving, as they may have information about the event that will help us provide the best possible service to you.

  • Inspection – Prior to any cleanup service, we assess the situation to determine the scope of the work and provide a realistic idea of what needs to be done and how long it will take us. With homicides, each situation is different. Some of the factors we may need to take into consideration include location, number of deceased, cause of death, weather, and time of day. We will also consider damage to flooring, walls, and personal property. If any of these items need to be removed, we will provide documentation to your insurance company to assist in the rebuild portion of the process.
